This is one of the most luxurious hotels in the Saudi capital, an imposing structure that is spectacularly lit up after dark. For good measure, the buffet, Where East Meets West, offers cuisine inspired by the spice route, in the form of a buffet with a wide choice of Chinese, Saudi and Italian cuisine. You can stroll between the various corners, help yourself or order directly from the cooks, and then sit down comfortably at the table, why not enjoying the soccer broadcasts on the many screens. The plates are more than just a showpiece, particularly for the quality of the Italian dishes, the cold starters (mutabal, hummus, labneh or stuffed vine leaves) and the remarkable work done on the desserts, which are numerous and meticulous. The bill is in line with the standing of the place (around 250 Riyals for the buffet), but of course it's all-you-can-eat.
