This mini chain (three other Villa Fayrouz in Riyadh, AlUla and Diriyah) never disappoints. Located in a quiet business district of the large coastal city, this Villa celebrates traditional Lebanese cuisine with authenticity and sincerity, relying on fine produce and flawless execution, from creamy hummus to delicately smoked baba ghanoush. The shish barak is made to the highest standards, with a creamy sauce, thin, crispy ravioli dough and a delicious, well-balanced filling, while the barbecued meats exude a sunny fragrance throughout this pretty, cool-hued room. Traditional desserts well mastered (the muhalabiya was perfectly executed and measured out) and good Lebanese coffee.
