Gault&Millau's review 2026

A Chinese restaurant of good standing, rather refined, even if the platter service and dim sum also give it a family and sharing style ; the tables are fairly close, but well laid, the traditional service dress reinforces the credibility, and the crockery, with refined ceramics, contributes to the charm of the place. Crispy tiger prawns of good quality, well spiced with a sweet pink vinegar sauce, followed by a wagyu bun with crispy duck skin, a rather snooty ensemble and less convincing than the najel, prepared Cantonese style, spiced up with ginger, and which would benefit from not being dipped in a rather basic soy sauce, despite the Chinese noodles on the side, which are well treated. Mocktails and seven varieties of tea to accompany.
