Table To stands out as one of Riyadh’s most compelling new addresses, carried by the assured hand of Chef Ali Abdulmajeed, whose progressive Middle Eastern–Asian cuisine truly “finds its flame.” The restaurant fills effortlessly, its warm lighting, refined décor, and comfortable spacing creating an atmosphere both vibrant and intimate. Service is polished throughout: a gracious welcome at the entrance, attentive staff, and a maître d’ who remains present without imposing, maintaining a steady rhythm despite a packed room. The menu shows impressive coherence, weaving Saudi ingredients—Hasawi mint, date molasses, Shagra chili oil—with Asian influences such as miso, yuzu, and charcoal grilling. Dishes like the Oh Oh Tuna Crispy Rice, the rich and comforting eggplant, or the fiery Shaqra shrimp highlight a cuisine built on contrast, layering, and generosity. Techniques are solid, seasoning is balanced, and presentation remains warm and contemporary, favouring dark stoneware and organic lines. Sides and starters are handled with care: fresh steamed buns paired with herb–sesame butter set a welcoming tone, and condiments echo the restaurant’s flavour-forward philosophy.
