Sura offers a friendly, casual atmosphere. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient, and the restaurant is well managed. The menu is thoughtfully curated and offers a wide variety of traditional Korean dishes such as japchae, jeyuk dolsot bibimbap and bulgogi jeongol, all presented with simple yet appealing plating. Fresh ingredients and a good balance of flavors are evident throughout, with crunchy vegetables and tender proteins. Some dishes leaned slightly oily or sweet, and a few seafood items were a touch overcooked, but overall the flavors were well-seasoned and comforting. The mix of textures, from crisp cucumbers to soft shrimp, adds interest and depth. The dining setting features modern elements with traditional touches. Overall, Sura offers a satisfying, genuine experience.
