The lounge-style, poolside setting on the hotel's twentieth floor is the promise of a chic, vibrant evening, with views that embrace the whole city, and Asian cuisine in the broadest sense, not limited to India, despite the storefront sign. We enjoy this refined atmosphere with a mocktail, illuminated by pink neon lights and the scent of bougainvillea, before getting down to business : yellowtail and hamachi nigiri, well-done shrimp tempura with a more common wasabi mayo and yuzu gel spicy aioli. The Thai chicken and vegetable green curry is decent (melting eggplant, green beans, crunchy baby corn...) and deserves a toque, despite its basic white rice, as do the beef short ribs. Mouth-watering desserts, several non-alcoholic beers including the rare Guinness.
