Nestled on the first floor of the Crowne Plaza, Sakura occupies the niche of Japanese cuisine within a hotel that also offers a buffet of international cuisine and a gourmet tea room. The maki are well done, sushi comes in a multitude of combinations, and small groups can happily dig into the "sakura boats", which offer assortments of 18 to 38 pieces, depending on your budget or appetite. The wait staff may sometimes be surprised to have to serve an out-of-town customer, but it would be wrong to shun this small, discreet Japanese enclave. Wide choice of mocktails and some lovely Japanese teas.
