The service follows the same tone, professional, discreet, and efficient, though not particularly warm or engaging. The table setting, with Sadelle’s monogrammed plates and glass-top tables, reflects understated elegance. The menu is extensive, featuring all-day favorites from bagels and eggs to Mansard classics like shakshuka, hummus, and caviar dishes.
