Like most of The Zone's restaurants, Ruhi delivers on the promise of classics simply executed based on everyday products, here in a declination of Indian cuisine. We vary the pleasures between the different proteins cooked in the tandoor, saffron shrimps, chicken with mint, yoghurt and garlic, the vegetable starters such as kebabs with peas and spinach, and curries including the chef's specialty, "rogan gosh" mutton, generous with a creamy sauce, even if the meat could be more meltingly tender. Uneven service, not ultra-concerned in a studied setting, original tables made from slices of gold-veined white geode, blond ochre walls.
