A luxury hotel restaurant that lives up to the codes of the genre : spaciousness with respectable ceiling heights, comfort conducive to relaxation... in short, a pleasant setting with no attempt at the spectacular, but a fine outfit in which wood and bluish hues meet in perfect harmony. The large windows let the light flood in, before charming lighting fixtures take over. In the kitchen, the essentials are provided to please everyone (salads, burgers, pasta, grilled meats, fish...). Admittedly, the meat on the burger (for two) is a little dry and not hot enough, but overall the dish lives up to expectations. Marine alternative : the catch of the day, namely slices of grilled tuna, which could do with a softer texture. The accompanying sauce lifts the dish. The vegetables on the side lack a little character (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli...). Fresh fruit juices, a dozen cocktails... and friendly service.
