A French-style steakhouse that faithfully respects the genre and its rituals: bread, butter, walnut salad, followed by an honorable Black Angus beef. The green sauce is reminiscent of the classic “Café de Paris”, the fries are not homemade, and the strawberry tart benefits from a decent pastry cream, all on a menu stripped down to the essentials. The venue, a bit lost on this large avenue, is pleasantly laid out, with a quiet upstairs dining room and a windowed section opening onto the outside. Service is relaxed yet efficient; there’s no need to rush. One small detail : the cleaning trolley used to clear tables is hardly elegant. Full menu for less than 200€ offers 200g cut of meat, dessert and drink included.
