Gault&Millau's review 2026

It’s a bit of a shame, given the evident effort in the kitchen, but the essential point here, and by far, is the quality of the steak, in this classic avenue-side address, with its modern butcher's shop decor and calm atmosphere. You have to concentrate on the meat, the real meat, and forget about the rather disappointing shrimp tacos and even the burger, which is of little interest. A special mention therefore goes to this cut of high-quality, well marbled and well-aged beef, even if the cooking runs slightly more done than requested. Dedicated service, mocktails, water and coffee.
