Gourmet Restaurant
Even if non-resident customers are very rare to enter the Hilton's restaurant, it's impossible not to mention this Mediterranean brasserie, which honors mainly Italian and Greek cuisine : beef giouvetsi, souvlaki, a few pizzas and pasta dishes, but above all a remarkable fillet of sea bass cooked to perfection, tender, melting and paired with cockles and a fine assortment of perfectly cooked vegetables. Meticulous desserts (a textbook tiramisu), a very hushed atmosphere (this large room opening onto the city and, on the other side of the boulevard, onto the incredible Kingdom Center tower and its "Sky Bridge" sometimes sounds a little hollow) and relaxed service.
