Alan Geaam, well known in Paris (16,5/20 and three toques), supervises and signs the menu of this table logically dedicated to the gastronomy of his native country, Lebanon. Even if some of the details can be annoying (like the use of frozen French fries or the air-conditioning that can freeze you in seconds), you can quickly see the chef's touch in this well-crafted, rather wisely priced cuisine. The "Ovun" hummus, gourmet and beautifully presented, the generous kebab and the tasty Lebanese pavlova ensure a pleasant moment in this bright, contemporary setting. A good selection of fresh fruit juices and mocktails, and a traditional Lebanese coffee. Reasonable bill.
