In a beautiful complex occupied on its top two levels by restaurants, Noto offers a fine Italian experience, a little kitsch in spirit, and deliberately nostalgic. The décor is reminiscent of the Italy of the 1980s, with globe lamps, frescoes on the walls, a white Vespa, the clean lines of the style of the time, with olive trees and terrace tables, small red parasols, all respecting the red-white-green triptych. In terms of cuisine, there's no revolution, but the recipes are well understood : insalata caprese, burrata, spaghetti Bolognese, spaghetti with pesto, maccheroni with truffles, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and tiramisu to finish. Very friendly service and Italian music.
