This hotel restaurant, located on the 5th floor, is a real eye-catcher. The huge panoramic windows offer an unobstructed view of the city and, below, the dam lake. The layout of the vast dining room is in keeping with the hotel's high standards. The impeccably laid tables (with white tablecloths and sky-blue cloth napkins) are widely spaced. The comfort of the armchairs, the harmony of colors and the carpeting that muffles the sound of footsteps all contribute to making this a pleasant place to stop. Sometimes buffet-style, sometimes with a short à la carte menu, the cuisine is very diligent, particularly in the presentation of its dishes, which are nevertheless a little pompous. The shrimp tempura with tartar sauce is a pleasure to eat. The shrimp are tasty, the batter light and crisp, the tartar sauce well textured. Raw or grilled vegetables and fragrant, airy biriyani rice accompany the dish. Cheesecake, tiramisu or the traditional baked om ali ensure a meal without unpleasant surprises.
