Nafoura offers a calm and serene dining experience at the upscale Park Hyatt on the Corniche. The atmosphere is relaxed, with low chillout music and subtle ethnic touches that complement the seaside setting. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizzas, grilled meats and seafood platters. Ingredients are fresh and carefully prepared, with flavors balanced and thoughtful without being overly elaborate. The seafood and meats are cooked competently, and vegetables are fresh and crisp, complementing the main components of each dish. Presentation is simple yet appealing, allowing the quality of the food to take center stage. There are some interesting items to try, including the saffron milk cake, which channels a beautiful taste of the Orient with aromatic flavors and crushed pistachios.
