Presentation is a standout, with colorful, artistic plates that highlight textures and layers. Highlights included the salmon tartare, featuring fresh tuna, avocado mousse, kimchi and a touch of chili. Warm sourdough with soft butter was a high-quality start, setting the tone for the meal. Each dish reflected care and precision, with balanced, harmonious flavors that were both visually appealing and satisfying on the palate. Overall, Mimosa combines stylish, inviting décor with polished, attentive service and beautifully crafted food.
