The patterned tiles, golden accents, and lantern-lit ambiance set the stage for a dining experience that feels both elegant and authentic, while the open kitchen and circular bar add vibrancy. The menu is coherent and generous, celebrating Armenian flavors with precision. Salads such as itch and fattoush bring freshness, mezze like mante and dolma deliver comfort and authenticity, and hearty mains highlight grills, kebabs, and slow-cooked lamb shank. A complimentary amuse-bouche of tomato and cheese rounds opened the meal with a welcoming touch. Presentation favors honesty and conviviality: tabbouleh appears vibrant, soujouk arrives bubbling in clay pots alongside puffed bread, while desserts balance heritage and playfulness, from banirov maamoul to the Moussalér, where ashta ice cream hides under a veil of cotton candy and pistachios. Portions are generous, flavors well executed.
