Gault&Millau's review 2026

A local version of Antibes' Mamo Michelangelo, much loved by celebrities, this pretty restaurant takes on the codes of the French Riviera in a decor that, with a little imagination, could almost make us hear the cicadas singing in the branches of the lemon trees that decorate this vast room crowded with a rather well-off clientele eager to get away from it all and enjoy the French art of living. The gamble paid off, because nothing’s missing, not the truffle focaccia, nor the vitello tonnato, seafood linguine or tournedos Rossini, and the kitchen staff knows what they’re doing. You absolutely must try the immense tiramisu (priced at just over 30 euros, but which will easily satisfy two good eaters), while being pampered by the numerous, highly professional staff.
