Recently opened in November 2025, Maman brings a fresh and polished addition to Riyadh’s dining scene, offering a warm interpretation of Persian cuisine in an elegant and thoughtfully designed setting. The décor immediately charms with framed artworks, delicate lighting, and engraved tableware that reflect the care placed into crafting the restaurant’s identity. Service is welcoming and well-orchestrated, with attentive staff and a manager who introduces himself with professionalism and ease, contributing to a smooth and pleasant rhythm from arrival to departure. The atmosphere feels settled despite the venue’s recent launch, a sign of solid internal organization. The culinary experience honors Persian tradition with sincerity. The Panir Sabzi opens the meal with freshness, while the Shirazi salad displays clean cuts and balanced acidity. The Joojeh Kabab is tender, fragrant with saffron, and generously paired with aromatic rice. Across the wider menu—spanning grills, khoresht stews, Tahchin, Dolmeh Māmān, and other staples—coherence and comfort prevail, offering familiar flavors executed with care.
