In this business district where the cranes are busy day and night, Lievito is one of those new spots you need to know. With its chef Hakim Al-Shoaibi, who studied the art of pasta in Florence, the promise of a true Neapolitan pizza is kept, thin dough covered with an excellent tomato sauce without San Marzano; plump, puffed edges, each slice goes down like a treat. Add, for example, the ricotta-spinach ravioli, impeccably cooked with a pink sauce, and a textbook tiramisu for a very pleasant meal, on the terrace or in the pretty dining room decorated with elegant Murano-style chandeliers, large canvases and a well-laid table with discreet lighting. The menu is not too long (almost not long enough) to guarantee mastery and freshness, and the service is committed, even jovial, to evolve in such a dynamic place.
