Everything has been thought out to offer the most exotic experience possible, in a very pretty Japanese setting, with a central counter surrounding the kitchen, where a team in traditional Japanese garb assemble nigiri and fish cuts. The furnishings are traditional, with fine materials, wood and meticulous crockery, to host well-crafted Nikkei dishes, a balanced blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. We recommend the nigiri tasting menu, with classics and creations, including ones centering foie gras and truffle, followed by main courses such as chicken with teriyaki sauce, wagyu and fried rice with yuzu sauce, or salmon with nitsuke sauce, yellow pepper cream and onion pickles.
