Gault&Millau's review 2026

The hotel is a cocoon of its own, a little removed from the bustle, but convenient for international travelers. The promise of vegetarian alternative and light cuisine is kept here, in a soothing setting and in a relatively simple version without too much creative research. If the place can be enjoyed for brunch, it can also be considered for a late lunch, with a salad of tomato, coriander, lemongrass and tofu, and a good loaf of toasted bread drizzled with a spoonful of melted butter, the roast chicken leg, advertised as marinated with herbs without you noticing, and a not too spicy chimichurri, before a decent sugar-free chocolate cake. Some nice touches, like the welcome cocktail, and good service.
