The Al Dabab district, south of Abha, is one of the city's main tourist spots, popular with panoramic-view enthusiasts and families looking for a quiet, child-friendly environment. Among the restaurant offerings, Joy Venue operates in a particular way, requiring customers to pay an entrance fee (around 50 riyals), which is deducted from the final bill. This is undoubtedly a way of dissuading the visitors from passing through the doors just to enjoy the incredible view over the valley and surrounding mountains (it's better to come during the day, especially since temperatures drop very quickly even in summer, and the wind can turn icy fast). The cuisine is quite incidental (burgers, pizzas, pasta, chicken biryani...), but above all a pretext for enjoying a lovely moment on the terrace with the mountains as your only horizon.
