The spectacular yet convivial appeal of Korean barbecue explains the enthusiasm for this spacious, well-designed dining room located in a multi-offer building next to a Persian restaurant. Here, the service is as fast as it is dedicated, the specialist chef starts the barbecue, then leaves guests with tongs and scissors to take over. The various side salads are well balanced and precise, pickled vegetables, noodles, appropriate salad and sauces, whether sweet-and-sour or nicely spicy to season high-quality meat (rib eye, striploin, short ribs…) with subtle marinades. The various starters and sides (pancakes, fried chicken in honey sauce…) as well as the bingsu-style desserts (shaved ice with fruit) are more incidental. The drinks menu could use some development.
