A tribute to Jackie Kennedy and her distant French origins, her American life, her second life with Onassis... The place is very chic, on the first floor of the St Regis hotel, with a shady terrace, an open kitchen and refinement in every detail. And if the wait is a little long to get started, the food is top-notch. Murat Gümüs who has been in the Middle East for 6 years (including a stint in Dubai) and is of Turkish origin, is doing a great job, with no culinary school experience but taught by a French chef he worked with. His dishes are impeccable, both technically and in terms of taste. The wagyu cheek, confit between 8 and 10 o'clock, is irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth, full of lovely caramelized flavors, served with a real French-style purée - with lots of butter! - the Maine lobster bisque is sure to attract both French and American customers, and we conclude with a pleasant strawberry-rhubarb cheesecake, true to the US flag, created by the hotel's patisserie and also available for tea time in the lobby. Extensive non-alcoholic wine list, beer and mocktail creations.
