Irth offers a beautifully curated culinary experience that celebrates Saudi tradition with refined execution. Located on the corner of Al Maigilah Market in historic Ad Dirah, the setting adds an authentic touch, surrounded by old souks and traditional landmarks. The shrimp hamsa was perfectly cooked, plump and juicy, in a bright, citrusy sauce with subtle garlic warmth. Balanced, vibrant and full of flavor. The AlUla soup was deeply comforting: an earthy, well-seasoned broth with meltingly tender lamb and wheat grains for texture. Presentation was thoughtful. Portions were well-judged, ingredients fresh and flavors carefully layered. From start to finish, the food at Irth reflects skill and a clear respect for heritage. If you want to try reimagined Saudi dishes in a simple yet elegant spot, this is a place not to be missed.
