Within this luxury hotel, Lebanon boasts a well-appointed gastronomic ambassador. It also regularly opens up to the cuisine of neighboring countries with themed evenings. The comfortable, classically styled dining room is organized around a central space occupied by an imposing hot and cold buffet, where everyone is naturally invited to help themselves : a delightful gourmet profusion! Enjoy hummus, tabbouleh, pasta salad, greek salad or even muhammara, an unmissable mezze in Syria and Lebanon, made with roasted red peppers that are full-flavored and silky-textured. If the meat is a little dry, the chicken curry is nevertheless a pleasure to taste, as is the bamia, a pleasant vegetarian stew based on okra. A special mention for the very fine assortment of desserts executed with finesse : crème caramel, blueberry cheesecake; vanilla cake, red velvet... without forgetting, of course, the Lebanese pastries.
