At a very low price, this village canteen is a quick fix for the neighborhood. You pick from the menu poster by the door and order simple, spice-scented dishes at the counter, based on the country's classic ingredients, mainly chicken, in an authentically Saudi atmosphere. After the cucumber salad with yogurt (the tabbouleh was unavailable), you’ll enjoy the moussaka and chicken rice, served, as always, very generously, even in the "half-chicken" version, with its cardamom-scented rice, with chickpeas and raisins. Typical and slightly original beverages : beet juice and "pasture milk".
