A hotel restaurant that plays the Italian card in a very large dining room that is certainly comfortable, but a bit too solemn, even if the music tries to bring a little liveliness to the whole thing. Fortunately, the staff is warm and distinguished. Right away, breadsticks, focaccia, various breads, tapenade and olive oil are laid out on the table. A good start! While the concise menu includes fish (fried salmon, cauliflower purée and lemon sauce) and meat (beef, potatoes and chimichurri sauce), it also features the expected standards of pizzas and pastas, such as "spinach ravioli, tomato sauce, ricotta cheese and basil". Nothing spectacular, but a dish that's not overly copious and that can be enjoyed without displeasure, even if the sauce lacks character. As for the panna cotta with red fruit coulis, although it doesn't leave a lasting impression, its texture is pleasantly light. Numerous fruit cocktails.
