An accomplished concept that will appeal to lovers of a club atmosphere, contemporary art and nikkei snacking. Truffle oil perfumes many of the plates, but the products are fresh and the cooks are sufficiently experienced to succeed without this artifice. The yellowtail "Nikkei sashimi" shows freshness, supported by a fairly powerful leche de tigre, the spicy tuna crispy sushi (crispy rice, very fresh tuna) with a few drops of "peruvian chili" makes an original aperitif bite, the smoked lamb chops, with a good sweet and sour miso-based sauce that doesn't overwhelm the palate, are solidly billed, for a whole that doesn't lack personality and appeals to a wide audience.
