Gourmet Restaurant
This reference from Daniel Boulud, one of New York's most respected chefs, is sure to draw a crowd. In a chic, relaxed palace bistro atmosphere, with music at a good volume and subdued lighting, in a set of three rooms including one with a pleasant glass roof. The welcome is very professional, the service well organized, advising and encouraging with conviction. The Franco-international cuisine lives up to its promise, with mushroom rice and truffle-scented arancini as a hearty appetizer, and a wide choice of starters and main courses, ranging from the French bourgeois repertoire (quenelles lyonnaises, for example) to universal plates, vitello tonnato, beef tartare, slightly overcooked salmon, quinoa and peppers, well-made black cod, white beans, tomato and chorizo, much better than the over-thin sea bass fillet under a mountain of fennel tagliatelle. Good lemon-fennel dessert, selection of non-alcoholic wines by the glass and bottle, classic mocktails and creations.
