In this very business-minded corner of town, Botanica, a new table on the horizon, has already found its place in the KAFD landscape : quality ingredients, a creative approach ; a certain risk-taking in the composition of dishes, even if some reassuring standards, such as shrimp tacos, show less commitment. The kindness of the service, distilled with a well-balanced respectful distance, adapts to a soothing, fresh setting, in keeping with the philosophy of the place. Meat and fish are executed with finesse and precision, as in the case of this "hamour fish", a thick-cut steak with miso-marinated baby romaine and dried capers sauce. Well executed chocolate dessert, dark and milk chocolate served with a cherry-infused brownie, not very elegant in its presentation, but of good gourmet flavor. Classic menu of mocktails, waters and coffees.
