The pervasive music sets the tone. The place is lively and the atmosphere light. A long counter runs the length of the gray and red room. You can sit on a stool near to the kitchen, or opt for a more traditional table. Tableware is neat and tidy, and service is delivered with enthusiasm by a well-dressed team. In terms of cuisine, Lebanon takes pride of place. For starters, the Oriental-style gyozas look good. The pastry is a little too dry, but the stuffing has character and the white sauce completes the dish. As for the lamb shank, slowly roasted, it is shredded tableside. The meat is then placed on a dish of saffron rice, well-flavored, delicately spiced and topped with a flavorful sauce. It's certainly hearty, but how can you resist the sweet touch? In this case, the "pistachio adonis", with its tiramisu-like texture, pretty color, and good taste of walnuts, almonds and pistachios.
