Gault&Millau's review 2026
Gourmet Restaurant
The dining room is completely out of proportion to the concept, somewhere between a French brasserie and a Viennese reception hall, with fifteen-meter high ceilings, two-meter chandeliers, an immense glass roof, and imposing Art Deco architecture, to accommodate around a hundred people. Despite the contrasts, the cuisine stays true to the theme, with a menu entirely focused on beef, in all its forms, highlighting the quality of the product and traditional techniques (cooking is a little lively, presentations neat, sauces classic). We start with a rather personal take on the croque-monsieur, halfway between a tartar and a club sandwich, raw wagyu, melted cheese and toast, Relais-style sauce ("relaise" on the menu) from the entrecôte, then the beautiful 300g black angus entrecôte, served in a cast-iron pan with a side of fries. The menu travels globally: burgers, tacos, quesadillas, Philly cheesesteak, baos and chicken karaage, or Korean barbecue. Smiling, diligent service.
