Set within the magnificent Ritz-Carlton Riyadh, Azzurro showcases an Italian chef whose cuisine is shaped by coherence, authenticity, and noble products imported directly from Italy. A basket of rustic breads, grissini, and fragrant focaccia arrives with Ursini’s extra virgin olive oil and Giuseppe Giusti’s historic balsamic vinegar from Modena, immediately setting a tone of tradition, quality, and freshness. The menu is concise yet well-balanced, with a personal touch that highlights the chef’s Italian roots. Each dish reflects a respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients, enhancing flavors without excess. At lunchtime, the two- and three-course set menus are particularly attractive, representing excellent value in such a prestigious setting.
