Gault&Millau's review 2026

A former equestrian club, some of whose stables remain intact, others renovated and open to visitors. The style is casual chic and trendy, the decor plays on natural materials, light wood and velvet banquettes, cosy lighting and a pretty table setting. The house boasts a high standard of service, with a well-orchestrated welcome, devoted management and a large, attentive staff, typical of the Diplomatic Quarter (hence the name "Attaché d'ambassade" in French). The small, typically French gougères are a good start before getting plates which respect the influences, between Europe and the Middle East : a ceviche of sea bass, red chili, grapefruit, coriander, mango sauce with a very sweet taste, Thai king prawn gyozas with a slightly saturated sesame sauce, alaskan black cod marinated in miso, asparagus, pak choï and apricots. The execution is correct, the Egyptian mango pavlova for dessert well presented but basic in its preparation. Non-alcoholic beers and wines, imitating classic beverage vaults with detailed flavors.
