Gault&Millau's review 2026
Gourmet Restaurant
In Laysen Valley, Asado runs the Hispanic segment of the street, brand new and designed as a pedestrian area, where you can walk from one sidewalk to the other to admire the shop windows. There's every reason to be impressed by the meticulous decor, capable of transporting customers from one end of the world to the other, and meticulous in its choice of materials and references. The place replicates the image of an inn in Spain, with beamed ceilings, chandeliers and an evocation of history, with its tile-painted frescoes and natural colors. The kitchen takes care of the accessible classics : gazpacho, small paella, croquetas and wagyu empanadillas, followed by specialties of roasted meats, up to 1.2 kg, cooked meltingly and just right, accompanied by fragrant rice. The restaurant also offers a selection of exceptional meats (Angus, Kobe, Wagyu...).
