In the northern part of the Ar Rawdah district, this cozy Palestinian restaurant is often full, between families with their own habits and the ballet of deliverymen picking up orders. It's popular and cheerful, and the food is mostly classics to share, traditional recipes from the peninsula and the Levant : hummus, labneh, mutabbal, man'ouché with meat or cheese, kebabs, chicken kabsa, or the traditional Palestinian maqlouba with lamb or chicken.
