Nestled on the corniche, this hotel offers a calm and privileged location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And this restaurant, whose primary vocation is to showcase Greek cuisine, is quite simply one of the top restaurants in Jeddah, thanks to its high standards, the high quality of its management, the irresistible view of the sea and a cuisine that matches the ambitions of the house. The fish of the day, beautifully presented on the stall, are not all from the Red Sea, but their freshness is remarkable and the chef knows how to make the most of them ; the "Greek mezze" sets the tone, with a very good tzatziki, eggplant salad and excellent hot pitas, before the "lavraki a la polita", a fillet of Mediterranean sea bass perfectly executed and well dressed in its Mauviel dish, artichokes and asparagus, and this pleasant, tangy sauce. The same efforts went into the dessert’s presentation, with a lovely trompe-l'oeil of lemon, white chocolate and olive oil, a silky mousse, lemon curd and well-balanced zist marmalade.
