A simple, clean local canteen room, a vast stall with all the fish on offer : all you have to do is choose your species, size, weight and cooking method (grilled, fried...) from the vat, in a naively nautical and endearing decor. Everything arrives nicely and graciously served, fresh shrimps cooked in butter, parsley and fresh garlic, eggplant sliced to melt in the mouth with a mixture of spices, tomatoes, peppers and herbs, the trunkfish chosen today, grilled, fresh and tender, spiced just right.
