The menu is extensive, though not all items are available, with highlights including a thin, oven-baked mankouche with kashkaval and thyme, juicy diced meat sautéed with almonds, and an original shawarma roll served ready as a sandwich. Mezze are fresh and colorful, tabbouleh, hummus, pickles, and seasonal sides of lupin beans and soaked almonds, while hot markouk bread, though charged, adds to the table’s abundance. Presentation favors authenticity and appetite over refinement, making the experience more about comfort and memory than polish.
